Suspect Zoraida sp. such as albicans.

@wongun, my ID is tentative and based on the key to genera in Rahman et al 2012 (link below). I had two problems with this:

  • it is for Korea, so potentially risky to use here in Cambodia.
  • it use some wing terminology that I am unclear about, particularly in the determining Shirakiana:

"Second and third sectors of forewing without cross veins and posterior margin at near middles with three cross veins in an oblique line" -> Shirakiana Otherwise, the two remaining genera in the key are Zoraida and Losbanosia.

They state that their terminology follows Yang and Wu (1993) and Zelazny and Webb (2011). I cannot access either of these publication (links below).

I made a guess of what "Second and third sectors of forewing" meant and in this observation I see no cross veins there. To be honest, I didn't manage to work out to what "posterior margin at near middles with three cross veins in an oblique line" refers, as I could not make out this feature in the images of Shirakiana in Rahman et al (2012).

Thanks for the info. My comment was just based on my guess of the superficial appearance such as nearly clean front wings, without considering the key.

@wongun As I said, my use of the key is potentially flawed, so your suggestion of Zoraida might turn out to be correct.

@wongun based on the black subapical V-shaped spots, I now think your original suggestion of Zoraida albicans is probably right.
